Grits Pack

This section will cover the how to of making one of the most successful packbaits I have ever used. This would be the grits pack, which has brought many fish to the bank for me and others around me.

Step 1-Get the ingredients

2 cans cream corn

1 36oz box of instant grits

1 18oz box quick grits

Flavoring

Step 2- Dry mix the ingredients

Mix the quick and instant grits together well before adding anything else. A modest amount of salt can be added if desired. Then add 2 cans of cream corn.

Step 3- Mix well before adding flavors,

Mix well, try to get al dry grits in the mix, after this we can add flavor.

Step 4- Add the flavor

Add the flavor of your choice. I have picked K-1 Juicy Tutti Frutti flavoring, 4 caps flavors this large batch of grits.

Step 5- Let it sit for 10 minutes at least

If it does not sit it will not break.

Tep 6- Put around your feeder or sinker and catch fish.

The idea of a grits pack is it breaks down after a few minutes in the water leaving a pile of bait around your hookbait. Mold it around your sinker or feeder and ball tightly. Then throw it out and wait. I am showing the euro use of the pack, the actual southern paylake style will be shown later.
